Thank you for choosing All

Whether your pet has fur, feathers, fins,
or scales, our goal is to make your family member(s) as comfortable and happy
as possible while you are away. The following is a list of our policies and
procedures. If you have any questions on concerns, please don’t hesitate to
contact us.
We want to make your pets feel right at home… because they are!
1) Contact Us:
To check in on your pet, or if you have
questions, need to schedule changes or have urgent needs, you may call or text
AFL at 469-831-4961. If AFL is unable to answer the phone, your call will be
returned as soon as possible. Please be sure you have received confirmation
from AFL that your message was received and any updates or changes have been
made.
Please remember to let AFL know you have
returned home. You may at ANY hour leave a text message that you have arrived
home safely. Otherwise, additional visits may be made to insure the safety and
well being of your pet(s). Additional trips will be added to your bill.
2) Daily Schedule:
Regularly Scheduled Mid-day Dog Walks are
scheduled from 10AM to 2PM Monday through Friday only and are for clients that
are at work during the day and returning home each night.
Clients working unusual hours requiring
visits before 10 am or after 2pm will follow the vacation schedule below and be
charged at the Full Service Pet Sitting rate.
AFL can visit your dogs(s) up to three
times daily while you are on vacation. Morning visits are scheduled between
the hours of 6AM & 8AM. Afternoon visits are made between 2PM & 4PM.
Bedtime visits are between 9PM & 11PM.
Service for visits twice a day will be made
every 12 hours. Morning visits are scheduled between the hours of 7AM & 9
AM. Evening Visits are scheduled between the hours of 7PM & 9PM.
Every effort will be made to schedule
visits at approximately the same time apart each day. AFL uses the following
criteria to determine the order in which they are visited on the schedule:
- Any pet(s) requiring medication or
with special medical needs
- Puppies and Seniors that require
breaks more often
- Dogs that are crated
- Geographic location
- Cats
3) Reservations:
To make reservations, please use our
Online Reservation Initiation Form or alternately email your
request to allfurluv@yahoo.com Always be sure
you have received confirmation of your reservation from AFL. A voice/text
message or email left with AFL does not guarantee your service request unless
you have received a reply confirming you are on the schedule. This ensures that
we won't miss your message/email and your pet(s) won't be left alone. To hold a
holiday reservation, a deposit of 50% is due 7 days after booking your reservation.
The balance is due the day service begins. Although AFL will not automatically
cancel your reservation due to non receipt of your deposit, if the schedule
demand exceeds AFL’s ability to provide service to all reservation requests,
you will be contacted and informed that your reservation must be cancelled.
Feel free to inquire about last minute
services. Availability is on a first-come first-serve basis. The more notice
you provide, the better chance of securing the dates you require. Sometimes
emergencies do arise, but a minimum of 2 week’s notice is preferred. Overnight
Service is limited fill so please plan far in advance.
4) Key Pick up and Return
Policy:
AFL will retain two keys at the time of
contract signing. In the event of a power outage, a garage door clicker is not
an adequate means to gain entry into your home. Your keys will be returned at
your request. It is suggested that you allow AFL to retain your keys on file
for future pet sitting needs. If after two service periods, you still wish to
have your keys returned, a $7 fee will be charged for each trip needed to pick
up and return your keys. AFL agrees to keep your keys locked in a safe when not
in use. For security reasons, AFL will keep your records locked separately.
5) Security:
Please notify AFL of anyone having keys or
keyless entry into your home such as remote controls for garage doors. If you
have a security system is recommended that you provide AFL with an alarm code
(different from your own). It is also recommended that you notify your alarm
company of your absence and provide the alarm company with the name(s) of those
authorized to enter your home. AFL will not be responsible for any damages
incurred to your home or pet(s) by other persons on your property. Also, be sure
to take a key with you. We lock every door to maintain the security of your
home.
6) Holidays:
There will be a holiday fee of 50% of the
current rate in addition to regular rate charged for services on designated
holidays. This fee is applied per visit on the following designated holidays
only, and not for the entire service period. For example, service for 1 pet,
needing 2 visits daily from 7/3-7/5 is $20 per visit on 7/3 & 7/5. $30 per
visit would be charged on 7/4. The holiday fee will apply on New Year’s Day,
Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Day.
7) Cancellation Policy:
Pet Sitting/Overnight Stay - Cancellations
may be made up to 8 days prior to your scheduled first visit. After that
period, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total of reservation will be charged
(i.e. $100.00 reservation= $25.00 cancellation fee). A consultation fee may
also apply. See New Clients under Payment Policy below. You may request a
refund of your remaining deposit balance, or have it applied as credit towards
future services.

the following: in case of emergency, transporting your pet to the veterinarian,
in the event that your pet needs to be boarded- see Boarding Clause. In the
event that extra time is spent cleaning up after your pet- see Pet Accidents.
In the event that AFL needs to pick up more supplies for your pet- food,
litter, etc.
10) Boarding Clause:
If at any time your pet(s) displays any
aggressive behavior towards AFL during your absence, AFL reserves the right to
board your pet at a local kennel. Client will be responsible for any visits AFL
makes, Additional Time Charges incurred for transportation as well as kennel
boarding fees. Remaining, unused visits will be credited towards any additional
charges. Any remaining credit due will be refunded. This is for the safety of
our staff as well as your pet(s).
11) Returned Checks:

by the client’s bank.
12) Delinquent Accounts:
Late payments over 30 days will be assessed
an additional $20 fee per month. AFL reserves the right to refuse service for
non-payment.
13) Pet Accidents:
Some pets may not adjust to your absence
right away, and may have an accident in your home once or twice. This is
normal, and AFL will make every effort to clean up after your pet. However, AFL
reserves the right to:
a) Charge for
Additional Time spent cleaning up after your pet at the hourly rate of $45 in
increments of 15 minutes.
b) Increase the number
of visits per day if your pet is consistently soiling your home between visits.
Not only is this better for your carpets,
but your pet is trying to tell you it needs an extra visit. These extra visits
will be added to your bill- see Additional Time Charges.
14) Outside Dogs:
AFL does offer service to dogs that live
outside, requiring only one visit daily. However, due to extreme weather that
may arise at any given time, adequate shelter must be provided. If temperatures
are above 95 degrees or below 40 degrees, an alternative to staying outside
must be available. Extra visits will be added to your bill to ensure the safety
and well being of your pet(s).
15) Unsecured Pets:
Most cities have leash laws and some apply
to all pets including cats. AFL will not be held liable for free-roaming
outdoor pets in the event of illness, injury, loss or death. It is strongly
advised that all pets be micro-chipped, wear an ID tag with a contact number
and that they remain inside the home or confined to a yard for their own safety
and welfare in your absence. This will also keep you in compliance with any
city ordinances.
16) Secured Areas:
It is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to pet-proof
any areas of the home and/or property to which the pet has access. Electric
cords and rugs can be a fun but dangerous past-time for a dog that likes to
chew. Breakable valuables on a bookshelf can be reached by a curious cat. This
includes thoroughly inspecting fences, gates, latches, doors and other devices
meant to keep pet(s) inside of or away from any areas your pet is not allowed
access. AFL is not liable for any injuries pet(s) may sustain while alone in
its own home/property.
